A Special Tribute to Our Legacy
The Sorelle Historical Video was created as a tribute to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Lodge. It premiered during the Gala Banquet in October 2024.

Project Background
The Trail Museum & Archives houses the Colombo Lodge archival materials. Sarah Benson-Lord, a proud Sorelle enthusiast, currently manages the collection, having taken over from Anne Gagliani 20 years ago. Allan Tognotti founded the Archive Room in 1974.
This entire project would not have been possible without Sarah. She interviewed 28 Sorelle members with the dedicated support of the Historical

Committee:
Cathy McAlpine, Betty Anne Marino, Carol Savill, Linda Wilson, Franca Forbes.

Gratitude for Support
Special thanks to Sarah, Carolyn Caron, Allana Ferro, and Christine Meschi for preparing the Columbia Basin Trust’s REDI grant application. Thanks to their work, the Oral History Project became a reality.
We are also grateful to the Columbia Basin Trust and our regional municipalities for recognizing the importance of preserving our heritage and sharing our stories. Your support means the world to
us.
Thank you to the Sorelle membership for your generous financial support and for believing in the value of this project.

Honoring the Voices of 28 Women
To everyone who participated: Thank You! You shared your memories, your connection to the Lodge, and your love for Sorelle. Each story is meaningful and unique.
Although not all voices could be featured in the final cut. This video marks only the beginning of an ongoing oral history initiative—one that will preserve the spirit of Sorelle for generations to come.

With Special Thanks
Dan Caverly of Quinntex Entertainment—our producer and creative partner—brought this vision to life. Thank you, Dan, for your insight, your storytelling, and your generosity. What began as a 5–7 minute concept grew into a heartfelt 13.5-minute tribute, thanks to your dedication.
